Monthly quotas count new records, including drafts. Invoice-linked payments do not count toward the independent transaction quota. Date range limits do not restrict data retention or full export. Both plans allow up to 500 items per catalog.
Your records remain when Premium ends
When Premium ends, past records and full export remain available. New records follow Free quotas. Additional cash/bank accounts become read-only and team member access is suspended.
